By private, the trip from Manila is less than 3 hours. Take the North Luzon Expressway thru to the Dau exit. Then follow the signs to the SCTEx and Subic. Travel along the SCTEx to Subic Freeport and then follow the signs to Olongapo and Iba. After passing through Barretto, which about a 10 minute drive past Olongapo turn left into Baloy Long Beach Road.

By Victory Liner bus, the trip from Manila to Subic takes approximately 4 hours. Buses run from the Pasay Terminal to Olongapo every 30 minutes. Once you get to Olongapo, the Baloy Beach is about 20 minutes by trike or Jeepney. Buses from Pasay Terminal run from 5:00am till 6:00pm.
